We have a team of qualified, professional and warm Caregivers to cater to your needs. To get the best Caregivers to carry out our service, Way Home Care conducts extensive screening on all Caregivers including: State approved background checks and health screening. Our Caregivers are also insured and bonded.
To ensure exceptional level of care, we conduct the industry’s most rigorous screening process, consisting of the following steps:
- Telephone screen
- Application or information form to establish history/references
- Behavioral interview
- Information sharing – discussions about client privacy, ethics and appropriate behavior
- Verification of identity
- Verification of work eligibility
- Criminal background check
